Learn to build custom search engines and alerts using terminology variations and synonyms. Participants will review technical terminology such as, “front-end”, “back-end”, “full stack”, “open source”, Hadoop, and more. Specifics of different roles such as Developer, Data Scientist, QA Engineer, Build Engineer, DBA, Network Admin, etc., will be discussed. Understanding technical terminology is critical for navigating searches, and more importantly, the talent you are recruiting want to know you understand the value their skills bring to the position.
